We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team.

Job Description

This Casual Baker position involves preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods while maintaining a safe working environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products meet our high standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A true love and passion for baking and cooking
  • Bakery (or pastry cook) qualification and/or relevant TAFE Certificate
  • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of HACCP, food safety, quality, and safety principles
  • An aptitude for quickly learning new skills and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a safety focus
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills

Benefits

This Casual Baker role offers flexibility with afternoon, day, and night shifts available. Additionally, you will receive penalty rates as per award guidelines.
