Relocate to our Townsville office and lead diverse Environment disciplines and experts in Remediation, EIA, Air Quality, GIS, Ecology, Sustainability and Stakeholder Engagement, throughout Northern Territory and Queensland, and join our global leaders in delivering major projects across many client market sectors.

This is a leadership position in our well established and market leading North Queensland Northern Territory (NQNT) business. You will join the NQNT Leadership team comprised of Business Line leads, office managers, marketing and HR to drive sustainable growth and implement AECOM's strategy to Deliver a Better World.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Drive client relationships and raise the AECOM profile in an exciting Queensland and Northern Territory market.
- Collaborate with the NQNT Leadership team across five offices to drive project success
- Lead an established multidisciplinary Environment team across a broad region
- Be based in a busy Townsville office, working with multiple teams in a global engineering consultancy

**Qualifications**

**What are we looking for from you?**
- Ideally, 12+ years' experience in Environmental work including 5+ years in consulting.
- Familiar with multidisciplinary approaches to Environmental service offerings such as; Remediation, EIA, Environmental Planning and Approvals, Ecology and GRS.
- Strong ability and proven background in managing Environmental teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop teams and mentor staff
- Proven track record in developing strong client relationships.
