Your key focus will be on supporting Thales equipment fitted to Collins Class Submarines under the ISS Contract.Permanent opportunity and based on-site at Rockingham, WA.Key Responsibilities:The successful and professional conduct of maintenance and / or repair tasksLeading the technical aspects of a maintenance taskCommunicating with Supervisors and Maintenance Managers, ensuring task progression and relevant issues are reportedDevelop documents & capture of information within information systems relating to the conduct of maintenance and/or repair activitiesAssisting the Inventory Management team to receipt, packaging and despatch GFE/CFE as requiredYour Skills:Cert IV Electronic Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant industry experienceCertificate or training in Information Technology (networking) is desirableExperience in fault finding including analysis and documentation of process and results.Previous experience working within a Defence or Defence Industry environment.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced skills in MS OfficeWE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLYAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
