Current Vacancies: Overseer – General IndustriesLead by example as you supervise and coach inmates in day-to-day production activities across general industry workshops.
Your guidance will help build their skills, improve employability, and contribute to their successful reintegration into the community.
Senior Overseer/Overseer – Facilities Maintenance (Plumbing/Electrical/ HVAC)Use your trade expertise to manage essential facility maintenance services within the centre.
Oversee and instruct inmates while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Overseer – Engineering Manage engineering workshop operations within the facility.
Train and mentor inmates in welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair while ensuring safety compliance, skill development, and delivery of quality projects.
Senior Overseer/Overseer – LaundryManage a small-scale commercial laundry operation within the facility.
Coach and mentor inmates in professional laundry techniques while meeting commercial outcomes and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Senior Overseer/Overseer – Ground MaintenanceBring your groundskeeping expertise to support and maintain secure facility grounds.
In this role, you'll train and supervise inmates in horticulture and landscaping while ensuring environmental and safety compliance.
Senior Overseer – TextilesManage engineering workshop operations within the facility.
Train and mentor inmates in welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair while ensuring safety compliance, skill development, and delivery of quality projects.
Overseer – RecyclingSupervise recycling and waste management operations within the facility.
Train inmates in sorting, processing, and handling recyclable materials while promoting sustainability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Senior Overseer – Food ServicesOversee large-scale meal preparation and catering operations.
Train and supervise inmates in food handling, hygiene, and kitchen procedures while ensuring meals meet quality, safety, and dietary standards.
