The role enables program and site managers across four NT regions to lift service quality, meet contractual targets and build workforce capability.
Key functions include project management, coaching, data-driven improvement and stakeholder engagement.The role monitors program performance and reporting and provides support to the Housing Manager to ensure high quality and performance driven programs.What We Are Looking ForFormal Qualification in Social Work, Community Services or related field, and relevant experience in a similar roleDemonstrated expertise in project management, service quality improvement and staff capability buildingProven success partnering with Aboriginal organisations and working effectively in culturally diverse contextsHigh-level organisational skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, meet targets and maintain complianceHow To ApplyFor a full role description including key selection criteria, please visit our careers website.
