This role requires project management and coordination across all Group corporate marketing activities, including brand management, PR, social media, communications, events and coordination of their multi-million dollar sponsorship portfolio.

**The day to day**:

- Coordinating all corporate marketing activities including briefing PR, comms, social and design agencies, as well as key suppliers.
- Management of creative work, both in-house and via external suppliers
- Assisting with forming marketing strategies and identifying brand marketing and sponsorship opportunities
- Management of hospitality, ticketing and events planning across all sponsorships and partnerships, including South Sydney Rabbitohs, The Art Gallery of NSW and Sydney Modern, and Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi, as well as coordination of events as required
- Management of production, photography and film shoots for corporate videos, sponsorship activities and events, ensuring engaging content is captured for social media and digital channels
- Develop, maintain and support the corporate PR, comms and social media strategy for the group as a whole, incorporating the needs of each of subsidiaries, working with the Corporate Marketing, PR & Comms Manager and PR agency
- Coordination of content creation and posting management across all corporate Social Media channels, with our social media agency, ensuring there is a strong content plan that builds brand credibility and strong engagement
- Assist Project Marketing team with organising, management and execution of effective project, corporate and client events including VIP events, pre-launch viewings, sales launch days, finishes scheme evenings, sponsorship hospitality inclusions.
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
- Be a self-starter and happy to work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level general numeracy skills and Microsoft Excel
- Well organised and self-motivated with a high work ethic
- Previous experience in the property industry in a similar role considered advantageous
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Highly organised with an ability to work autonomously, accurately & efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
