**About the Role**

We are looking for a HSE Coordinator based in our Canning Vale offices to join our HSE team.

**Who should apply?**

Reporting to the HSE Manager, key duties include:

- Maintain the HSE reporting System including IVMS and Hydration monitoring
- Align HSE and Emergency Management plans to projects
- Support operations in the delivery of HSE improvements and initiatives
- Oversee incident reporting and data management
- Assist in incident investigations
- Report on HSE performance
- Provide HSE legislation updates to the business
- Conduct Internal HSE Audits and participate in certifying body audits
- Monitor inspection schedules and corrective actions
- Development and review of HSE procedures
- Provide advice and assistance to Managers, Supervisors and field staff on HSE matters
- Provision of support to field HSE advisors

**About you**
- Minimum Diploma in Health and Safety
- ICAM or similar
- Previous experience in a HSE role is mandatory (minimum 3 years)
- Advanced computer skills
- Thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
- Well developed technical writing and verbal communication skills
