This is a Brisbane based, hybrid role.Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:Deliver exceptional IT support to all team members across various channels (phone, email, chat, in person).
Manage and resolve Level 1 & 2 help desk requests, aiming for first-contact resolution.Administer and support Microsoft 365 and related services like Azure, SharePoint, and Intune.Assist with IT infrastructure and networking, including hardware configuration and deployment.Roll out new software and systems to enhance workflows.Collaborate with senior IT members and other teams to improve processes and security.RoleTo ensure success in this role, you should possess:Proven experience in a Level 2 IT Support role or a similar fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Strong troubleshooting skills across various IT technologies.Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Intune, Conditional Access Policies, Enterprise Apps, App Registrations and User Management.Solid understanding of core networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.Demonstrated patience and problem-solving skills when handling user requests.Self-motivated, energetic and capable of working effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.Proactive project planning and scoping abilities.Strong team player with high standards of integrity and security.Some Of Our Perks And Benefits IncludeFully stocked kitchen, breakfast and lunch foods, unlimited fresh fruit and snacks.An inhouse barista and weekly catered lunches on a Wednesday.Unlimited fee-free trading.Career growth, training, mentorship and development opportunities.Social activities, game breaks and end of quarter awards.Life at SwyftxAt Swyftx, we're not just building a diverse and dynamic environment; we're celebrating it.
