Our client , an Australian company engaged in gold production, development, and exploration, is currently seeking a highly experienced Process Mill Trainer for their gold mining operations .
FIFO Perth Roster 8 : 6;Job Requirements :Current "C" Class Western Australian driver's license;Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (Essential);Experience with process control and SCADA systems (CITECT);Advanced Microsoft skills, including the ability to develop training presentations;Confined Space, Gas Testing, and Working at Heights tickets;Forklift License, CN crane ticket (Desirable);Strong verbal and written communication skills;Ability to manage all internal training records;Proven track record of working safely in a processing plant;Effective communication at all levels;Position Duties :Train Process Operators on all aspects of plant equipment : Milling, CIL, Crushing & Elution circuit;Provide training and guidance on using the CITECT process control system;Develop and continuously improve a structured training and evaluation system;Maintain and update training matrices and records for Process personnel;Ensure staff can competently operate site mobile equipment (e.g., front end loader, bobcat, forklift);Update and help create new training procedures as needed;Coordinate internal and external training programs and conduct regular performance reviews;Assist with VOC assessments for contractors during shutdowns or emergency work;Liaise with contractors and stakeholders as required;ExperienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in a metalliferous processing plant (gold)Current StatusOPENDurationContractDuty Roster8 / 6
