We are part of ONCALL Group Australia, a recognised industry leader in the Disability and Community Services Sector.DIVTEC provides specialised training in community care, individual support, disability and allied health.
We offer traineeships and provide a pathway program to prepare school students to be 'job ready' when leaving Year 12.We are seeking a passionate and qualified health Trainer to join our dynamic team on a casual basis.What we can offer you:A friendly, positive and supportive team environmentCasual employment, with close to full time hours
The opportunity to give back to the industry through training and make a real difference in young people's livesWhat you will do:Deliver vocational education and training programs in the Certificate II Health Support Services and Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance to schools and workplacesAssess student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback and supportMentor and guide students, helping them achieve their career aspirationsCollaborate with industry partners to ensure our students transition smoothly into their careersMark and grade student assessments and provide constructive feedbackWork with other Health and Aged Care and Disability organisations to assist students to placements and employmentYou will bring:Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher, or desire to complete this qualificationHold a minimum of Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or Certificate II in Health Support ServicesExperience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects (desirable)Have demonstrable industry experience in the Health IndustryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Student Management Systems (training can be provided)A current driver's license and own transportSound Interesting?
