Consultant, Professional Services (ONESOURCE)
This role presents an exciting opportunity to step into the dynamic world of tax technology. If you are a tax consultant looking for your next role while still being able to leverage your tax experience, this may be the role for you.
You will act as a subject matter expert in our tax software products, leveraging your Australian tax experience. You will deliver implementation projects for a range of clients, including ASX100 and multi-national corporates, and advise clients as the technical expert. You will also train clients and prepare guides and other documentation, and support the client relationship management team as the technical expert in client conversations.
Responsibilities
Deliver implementation projects for tax software products, advising clients as the technical subject matter expert, providing training, and troubleshooting.
Involve yourself in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers.
Deliver multiple implementation projects concurrently, working alongside a project manager.
Support client retention and relationship management efforts by assisting client relationship managers as the technical expert.
Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required.
Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Consultant, Professional Services if you have the following qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Australian tax
Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
