Reporting directly to the Explosives Engineering Services (EES) Practice Lead and based at our new office in Subiaco you will provide logístical and administrative support to keep projects, and all related processes, running smoothly in support in the delivery of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) and Explosive Ordnance Material (EOM) identification and remediation projects both on and off the Defence Estate. You will support the on-going development and implementation of standardised and enhanced business processes to aid the effective and efficient operation of the EES business.

**Your Impact**

You will form an integral part of the project team providing general administration such as maintaining project files, registers, managing document version control, cost tracking, client reporting, billing assistance, and undertaking project research as required to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard for our clients.

**What you need to succeed**

Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done and have the confidence to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your customer centric attitude allows you build and maintain seamless relationships with your internal and external stakeholders. You will also have:

- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in logistics and project controls.
- Experience in a project controls role, supporting teams in the setup, tracking, reporting, invoicing, and forecasting of projects and proposals.
- Experience with accounts receivable, postings, reconciliations, accruals, EOM/EOY reporting tasks is an asset.
- Australian citizenship (Due to the nature of some of the work we do Australian citizenship is a requirement for this role)
