Manager - National Products And Services

This is a National role with responsibilities for Product and Service Growth, Implementation, Marketing, Training, Operational Processes, Network Communication and support.

As a Manager, National Products and Services, you will work with key stake holders through strong communication and influence to ensure Branches and Commercial Teams understand the positive impact of Product growth but also understand the directive given to ensure products and services are implemented. The role is responsible for working extensively with overseas key stake holders to set up product, costs, profit shares and operational processes. There will be work with Trade Lane as mentioned and supporting the commercial team with Product expertise and Knowledge.

**Job tasks & responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Formulate a Product Growth strategy in-line with Key Route Growth Targets
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas offices, key stake holders within the DSV Business
- Engage with Procurement to ensure a clear understanding of strategy, the effect on co-loaders, airlines, other related suppliers and DSV Offices
- Collate, gather and updated costs, to ensure DSV product is viable versus coload
- Ensure all pricing is up to date data and recorded in databases according to company procedures
- Communicate, rollout detail of new products and product changes to key stakeholders
- Assist stakeholders with information relating to pricing and associated requirements
- Assist the Trade lane managers with product setup (i.e. rates and services)
- Work with Global AU/NZ tender team to explore global opportunities for product growth
- Complete paperwork in a clear, legible and accurate manner

**Skills & experience**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding with a mix of operational and commercial experience
- CargoWise One knowledge and experience
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Air and Sea Product Development.
- A strong analytical and practical perspective on building product. I.e. Airfreight ULDs, FAK Programs
- Strong understanding of customer supplies chain requirements and market dynamics
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel)
