Global Digital Content Lead

The Global Digital Content Lead plays a pivotal role within the marketing team, with responsibility for the Nuix website and all related content, UX and UI accountabilities, as well as the responsibility for Nuix's social media accounts. The role works closely with all stakeholders within Marketing and throughout the business, to ensure that Nuix's digital presence is cutting edge, compelling and differentiated from the competition.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and develop our extensive content marketing strategy aligned with company strategy and key messages

Deliver on clear KPI's, increasing conversions across our organic activities on website and social media assets

Further enrich and understand our audience personas, industry trends, and customer pain points to inform content creation

Manage the creation of animations, videos, infographics, flyers and case studies collaborating with internal and agency teams

Content creation for website pages, landing pages and support platforms

Work with our Go to Market team to develop a content calendar and ensure consistent and timely content delivery across various platforms

Optimise content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website.

Monitor content performance metrics, analyse data, and provide insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement

Cultivate and manage relationships with industry influencers, guest contributors, and partners for collaborative content initiatives

Follow Nuix's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging for consistency

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Seeking a high energy, digital specialist with 10+ years of experience managing content creation for a global organization.

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow under pressure and to meet strict deadlines

Proven ability to be a self-starter, and work in an agile, high-paced environment.

Up-to-date knowledge of content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types.

Proficiency in content marketing tools and platforms, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong collaboration and organisational skills to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or 5 years of content marketing and SEO experience.

Design, video animation and HTLM skills a strong plus.
