Gybe Consulting are partnering with a proudly Australian owned and operated company. Established in 2003, this organisation have been supporting major energy and infrastructure projects with innovative solutions to temporary access, ground support and platform needs.

This exciting organisation have a mission to revolutionise the way construction sites manage trackout and reduce their environmental impact.

Offering an award-winning product to construction sites, the Product Specialist will be pivotal in the organisation's growth strategy.

**Role and Responsibilities**
As the Product Specialist, you'll be an integral part of the team. This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with Marketing.

You'll also work closely with the Sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers and partners, and collaborate with the product development team.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase awareness and demand for product.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers and partners with site visits as required.
- Collaborate with Sales team to generate leads and close deals.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
- Work closely with Product Development team to ensure that product offerings meet evolving market needs.
- Represent company and product at industry events and conferences.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities to management.
- Build and maintain a strong, positive brand image in the Australian market

Do you also possess?
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a product marketing or sales role
- Experience in the construction or environmental industries
- Experience in business-to-business sales
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies
- Exposure to market research and analysis
- Understanding of digital marketing channels with a proven track record is a plus
