**About the role**

The Customer Care Centre is central to the ongoing success of our business. Spanning four locations across Australia and New Zealand the ongoing team of ninety and peak period team of up to 200 provide support to our customers and customer insight to our business.

**Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Maintain a clear understanding of the group, divisional and business Unit vision, purpose, and strategy, sharing this with team members and ensuring an understanding within the team
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other business partners to effectively lead and develop your team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all areas and help improve the measurable performance of the Customer Care Centre.
- Take an active role in improving the business by participating in programs, projects and initiatives.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members to improve and maintain consistent performance
- Demonstrated professional work ethic with a proven ability to adapt to change
- Ability to discuss risk management and compliance responsibilities with direct reports
- Proven experience in successfully leading a team in a high-volume customer service work environment
- Ability to navigate systems and technology SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Dimensions, Microsoft office
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills to provide direction to the team
- Qualification in relevant business discipline. Certificate Desired
