BENCH started in 2014 as a humble corner coffee shop and since, has expanded to a 4 business company with a fifth on the way. Our new BENCH HQ is set to open in Brunswick in the coming months and with that comes new opportunities for people to join our growing team.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who have a keen eye for detail, consideration for others and a good grasp on what is considered common sense.

Previous experience within the specialty coffee industry would be ideal, however training and support will be provided for applicants who present as the right fit for the team. The ability to converse and build relationships with customers is paramount, as we are lucky enough to have a large regular customer basis at the majority of our shops.

As a whole, BENCH COFFEE CO. is a hospitality company focusing on specialty coffee and carefully curated specialty items within a meticulously designed environment. Our level of professionalism encompasses warm and inviting service, quality control roasting and crafted specialty coffee, all operating within a clean and maintained working space.

Ongoing training is provided to all staff plus growth opportunities within the company as we expand. If you have any goals of your own, we are committed to helping you achieve them. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive organisation where all people feel valued, respected, and seen.
