**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong coffee knowledge and excellent barista skills.
- Proven leadership ability and experience supervising a team.
- A proactive and hands-on approach.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.

**About the role**:

- Oversee daily café operations alongside the Venue Manager.
- Ensure coffee and service standards are consistently high.
- Train, support, and motivate team members.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
