**Role Overview**: As a logistics employee at Deksi, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from production to distribution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and optimize transportation routes. **Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, track incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- **Freight Coordination**: Arrange transportation, negotiate rates, and manage logistics partners.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to streamline operations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address logistics challenges promptly and proactively.
- **Loyalty and Commitment**: Demonstrate dedication to Deksi's mission and values.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
