As an **Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager)**, you'll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store's profitability.

This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

- Retail management experience - highly regarded
- Solid understanding of inventory control.
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Skills in training and achieving results.
