As part of a small but close knit HR team, this newly created role will establish the framework and role that HR metrics and data plays in key people decision making. The role will focus on creating dashboards and data to provide and engage the business to support the decision making process with a strong focus on quality - importance placed on getting the reporting right.
In addition, the role will be involved in running and leading projects, where you can confidently explain the data sitting behind this and build key reporting frameworks and conduct analysis to be able to share the story that the data is telling us.
Given that this is a newly created role, this function isn't in place yet. As such, key to the success of the role is being able to deal with ambiguity from time to time and ask the right questions to understand the need. You won't be stepping into a heavily structured environment, so you need to be okay with this.

Ideally you love analysis and consider yourself a bit of an Excel guru (don't be modest). Familiarity and some capability with Power BI would be fantastic and having the curiosity to ask lots of questions to understand what's going on. As this new role will be in essence building the HR metric/data capability, you will need a hands on approach where you aren't precious to roll your sleeves up.

We're not expecting you to have experience in HR, but that's a bonus. Strong Excel skills are a must and a team player who likes to get amongst their peers and stakeholders will set you up for success.
