People and Culture Analyst

**Your new role**

Working closely with the Head of People & Culture - Operations the P&C Analyst will:

- Effectively use HR workforce data to create, implement and continuously improve, standardised and ad hoc reports / dashboards;
- Support the Bank to optimise its human resources by understanding and leveraging the analysis of people related data, to enable the business to achieve its strategy and objectives;
- Provide advice and support to the P&C Division on human resource information system (HRIS) related issues; and
- Participate in a variety of P&C projects as directed by P&C leaders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated accuracy of work and exceptional attention to detail at all times;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in analysing data, preparing reports with recommendations and insight;
- Able to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines across a diverse workload of changing deliverables;
