We specialise in Personal Injury Law and are well-known and recognised for our commitment to the injured person.
You will be working in our friendly modern office along Goulburn Street in Sydney (near the District Court and the Personal Injury Commission).
We are a short walk from both Central and Museum Stations.
The Role
We have an exciting career opportunity for a Personal Injury Lawyer to join our CTP / MVA / Comprehensive Third Party Insurance Claims Team.
A lawyer who can work autonomously and also excel as part of a team.
You will be part of a well-managed and successful team and will be working alongside other very experienced solicitors and their teams.
Your Duties
Your focus will be running CTP / MVA / Comprehensive Third Party Insurance claims in NSW.
About You
We require someone with at least 2+ years post-admission experience as a CTP lawyer.
More experienced candidates like Senior Associates or Special Counsels are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Your experience in running personal injury cases, hitting monetary budgets, as well as solid litigation experience will be highly regarded.
We require someone with exceptional communication and drafting skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We will train you with our computer system (Microsoft, Lexis Nexis Affinity).
Excellent precedents are in place (Lawdocs/Affinity) and we use the latest systems with in-house IT staff.
