Personal Injury Paralegal/Secretary Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal/Secretary to join our plaintiff firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on stimulating cases, develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist top partners and solicitors in achieving justice for clients by providing exceptional support and coordination services.
  • Type court documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers to ensure seamless communication and case progression.
  • Prepare briefs to barristers, file documents, and manage administrative tasks with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-10+ years of experience in personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal roles.
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills and a typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
  • A highly organized and proactive approach to meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
