**Job Title: Production & QA Assistant**

**Position Summary**:
We are a busy steel reinforcing manufacturer seeking a dedicated Production & QA Assistant to provide administrative, investigative or, and hands-on support to our production coordinator. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across the production and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigate production and loading errors, tracking occurrences, and facilitating solutions. This may require floor searches, verification of production records, and collaboration with various departments.
- Investigate QA errors, track occurrences, and address training needs as necessary.
- Perform administrative duties, including record development and maintenance.
- Receive training in the basic day-to-day processes of production planning.
- Conduct QA audits and training sessions to enhance safety and quality efforts.
- Act as a key member of the production team, providing assistance, support, and coverage as required.

**Key Competencies & Skills**:

- Strong product knowledge.
- Quick learner, willing and able to undergo training.
- Proficiency in Navision, particularly in sales, receivable, and inventory modules.

**Essential Experience or Qualifications**:

- Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Intermediate-level computer skills.

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
