We are currently recruiting for aCoordinatoron afull-time basis, 38 hours per weekto join our team atYMCA Currimundi Outside School Hours Care.
Overview
The Y Queensland stands together with all people regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or belief.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and the management of a team of Educators.
You will receive support from a dedicated management team, including Coordinators, Senior Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Regional Manager and the OSHC Manager.
Responsibilities
The development of quality programs
Manage the day-to-day running of the programs
Coordinate staffing and rostering
Ensure compliance with policy
Undertake administrative requirements
Work collaboratively with families and the school community
Qualifications
Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children's Services)
Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
Thrive in delivering excellent customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain them
Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
