In this role, you willManage all project activities and risk to ensure achievement of all project objectives and milestones.Lead the project team including engineers, technicians and project support staff to create revenue through managing and coordinating projects to TCQ.Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project is on track.Develop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs).
Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers.Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers.Manage customer relations related to information, deliveries, reviews, contract amendments, and claims.Drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence.Your Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering, or similar.Recognition as a Project Management PractitionerPreviously delivered projects with value greater than $10 MExposure to Earned Value Management methodsExperience in leading project teams comprising 15 or more staffAustralian Citizenship, with eligibility to hold an Australian NV1 security clearance.Note: This role requires eligibility for Australian NV1 security clearance.
The Australian Government requires a comprehensive security and background check as part of their vetting process.
NV1 security requirement details include Australian Citizenship and/or Permanent Residency.
Additional information: role also requires access to ITAR controlled material.
Please ensure you meet the requirements of the US State Department for access.Security and Compliance Though a security clearance is not mandatory for all positions, all offers of employment for this position are conditional on meeting NV1 security clearance requirements and successful vetting.
