Exposure to SAP would be beneficial, but we are looking for analytically minded individuals with a keen interest in the supply chain industry.
The role offers a mix of client-facing and technical responsibilities.With immersive, hands-on experience, you will gain a practical understanding of SAP solutions while leveraging the latest SAP technology, and developing your expertise in consultancy, software development or project management.Who We're Looking ForWhether you're a recent university graduate, have prior SAP end-user experience, or are seeking a career change, our graduate roles welcome people from diverse backgrounds with a hunger for growth.
The programme is designed to nurture early careers and provide purpose-driven roles within the SAP landscape.
We operate a hybrid working model (home, office and customer site visits).
Successful candidates must have a driver's licence, live within commutable distance of our Melbourne office and expect to spend 2-3 days in the office per week.
The start date for this role will be February 2026.ResponsibilitiesBegin to understand TCT, TCT products, SAP, and the logistics & supply chain environment.Undertake and be accountable for specific tasks under the guidance of a mentor.Understand usage of, and adhere to, templates, standards and processes within own area of assignment.Begin to advise on own area of subject matter expertise to a low complexity.Develop an understanding of different project methodologies and business processes.Make suggestions and begin to develop more complex analysis, reasoning and problem-solving skills.Develop a working understanding of the technical elements of SAP including configuration and the build of an SAP demo system.Contribute to workshops, requirement gathering sessions or other project-related work as appropriate.Display potential in communication and interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, conceptual thinking and innovation.Improve stakeholder management skills.Keep up to date with the latest SAP technology, especially within supply chain.Be responsible for documentation and other administrative tasks.Maintain awareness of policies including ISO within the department, keeping up to date with changes and completing required training in a timely manner.Display behaviours which reflect The Config Team Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values.Required SkillsDemonstrate the ability to grasp the appropriate technical skills required.The ability to gather and analyse complex information and articulate findings to a high standard.Demonstrate leadership, conceptual thinking and innovation skills.Display results orientation, flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Able to take ownership for independent learning and continuous personal and professional development.Strong communication, networking and relationship skills.Confident, clear and engaging presentation skills and style.Excellent written English and verbal skills.Understanding of different cultures and behaviours.Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Interest in a career within IT, logistics and the supply chain.Display behaviours which reflect The Config Team Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values.Educated to degree level or equivalent in Computer Science, mathematics, physics, business management or similar.Full Australian driving licence.Desirable Skills1-2 years of industry experience.Understanding of consultancy, logistics and supply chains.Previous experience in any SAP-related role.Experience in leading or managing others.Practical understanding of at least one programming language, ideally ABAP.Knowledge of software engineering and databases.SAP industry qualifications.Apply todayOur people are our greatest asset.
