About our Engineering Teams

Job Description

Our Software Engineering Graduate Program is designed to launch your technology career path. The 13-month program offers an exceptional foundation whilst gaining exposure to various technologies: AWS, GraphQL, React, TypeScript to name just a few. You will rapidly grow professionally, and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers.

When you start, you will:

  • Be setup for success with our Accelerator Program
  • Explore two 6 month rotations where you will be embedded into teams of your choice, such as Security, Architecture, Mobile Apps or our internal start-ups
  • Learn from the best with one Supervisor for the duration of each rotation who will ensure that you're on track with your career aspirations as well as being paired with a Buddy throughout the rotation to support you daily
  • Select a Mentor who will guide you on your SEEK path and have a support network of current and previous SEEK grads who'll share their experiences
  • Be based at our brand new, state of the art global HQ here in Melbourne.
Qualifications

Who we're SEEKing

To be eligible to apply:

  • You are in your final year of study or have recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any field (preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering); OR
  • Have graduated within two years of applying; OR
  • Have completed industry training and/or certifications with no more than 18 months of discipline-related experience
  • Meet one of the below working rights
  • You are an Australian citizen; OR
  • Hold an Australian permanent visa; OR
  • Hold a Special Category Visa (if a New Zealand citizen living in Australia); OR
  • Hold a temporary visa with unrestricted work rights at the commencement of the 2026intake year for a term of 18 months or more (e.g. Temporary Graduate, secondary 457/TSS, provisional Partner visa)
  • Please note applications are open to candidates who are currently on a restricted Student Visa if they will have the correct unrestricted visa that is valid at the commencement of the program
  • You are able to relocate to Melbourne (if you're not already here) by February 2026.
