Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in shaping the medical affairs function. As a Lead Medical Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company leads the way in evidence-based medical marketing.
You will help support product credibility and enhance our reputation as a trusted leader in natural health. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong builder, multi-tasker who is eager to grow, take ownership and make a tangible impact from the ground up.
Responsibilities include assisting in the establishment and execution of medical affairs processes to support our strategic goals, providing leadership in medical and scientific support for product portfolios, and supporting the review and approval of medical claims and promotional materials.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communications are accurate and engaging, assist in the development of educational materials and training programs, and monitor emerging scientific trends and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
We are looking for an existing people leader who can influence a diverse range of stakeholders, preferably with experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field (e.g., pharmacy, medicine, nutrition, biomedical sciences).
Experience in medical affairs or related field with collaboration with regulators (e.g., TGA).
Proven relationship-building skills and ability to establish external stakeholder links.
