Xylem is seeking a dedicatedField Service Technicianbased at our Perth workshop as well as completing field-based work on our Godwin and Flygt products.Key ResponsibilitiesClean, strip, service and repair pumps and associated equipmentInspect and test products prior to dispatch to customersProvide technical support, onsite maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure systems operate efficientlyAssist customers with understanding improvements, upgrades, and troubleshootingMaintain accurate service reports and ensure compliance with quality assurance and EHS standardsWhat We're Looking ForRelevant trade qualification is desired; however, training will be provided for the right mechanically minded candidateStrong problem-solving and communication abilitiesMR License or willing to obtainCustomer focused mindsetSafety conscious – you will live by our"Accept Only Zero"safety cultureContinuous improvement mentality – help us improveAbility to travel throughout the Perth RegionWhat's in It for You?
