This is a values-driven organisation with a strong reputation for operational excellence and career development, offering a supportive and engaging workplace environment.The RoleThis is a key leadership position overseeing the South East Victoria region, where you'll be responsible for the operational performance of approximately 200 stores and a team of 14 Area Managers.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to execute retail strategy, drive commercial results, and uplift the customer experience across the region.
A strong focus will be placed on coaching and empowering your team, fostering consistency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
