TECHNICAL DELIVERY LEAD – Information Governance & Digital Enablement We are Ccurrently seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a forward-thinking program within the Information Governance and Digital Enablement (IGDE) space.
This role plays a key part in shaping data governance practices and driving business process uplift across a major infrastructure-focused division.
You'll lead a small, high-performing team delivering Targeted Business Uplift initiatives, embedding with business areas to solve complex problems, improve information and data governance, and ensure sustainable business change.
THE ROLE: Lead and facilitate Agile delivery across a prioritised backlog, ensuring outcomes are achieved each quarter.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning priorities and embedding change into BAU.
Support the team through Agile ceremonies, quarterly planning, and continuous improvement.
Enable teams to uplift information and data governance practices, improve quality, metadata, and reporting.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: 5+ years' experience in leadership roles, ideally in government or large-scale organisations.
Strong background in organisational change and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience uplifting information and data governance practices.
Agile delivery expertise (Scrum Master certification desirable).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
