**Here's a sneak peek into what you'll spend your time doing**:

- Managing both the technical and managerial aspects of the customers IT infrastructure to support/enable their business and to meet MOQ's contracted deliverables.
- Delivering Incident/Service Request Management & adherence to contracted SLA's, ensuring customers are receiving the appropriate services with a focus on quality & customer satisfaction
- Serving as a mentor and working closely with the delivery team - driving operational improvements, uniformity, and development.
- Performing quality assurance audits through across incident notes/ Journal entries/ task notes & resolution entries

**What we're looking for in our next awesome human**:

- Microsoft Certification (Private & Public Cloud related)
- Demonstrated Experience of HCI infrastructure management
- Demonstrated Experience of VDI infrastructure management
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Passionate about customer delivery and centricity
- Critical thinking skills - questioning, analytical, objective, honest, open minded.
- Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, adaptability, and maturity.
- Strong leadership & management skills.
- Highly developed technical capability across a broad range of products / solutions.
- Ability to map business needs to technology solutions.
- A team player willing to develop and share IP.
- Demonstrated curiosity and intellectual humility.
- We require Australian Working Rights for this position.
