Our reverse vending technology enables the collection of used drink containers to ensure they have the best chance of being turned back into containers again. This is part of a continuous recycling process, which we call Clean Loop Recycling.

This process ensures that fewer resources are used, less energy is wasted, and containers do not end up in our oceans, streets, or landfill.

We collect containers across Australia, with over 320 collection points in NSW. We also operate state-of-the-art Recycling Centres in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Victoria.

You will be working amongst a team who are passionate about doing good for the environment and our community.

This is a full-time role in a business that operates 7 days a week. Our Service Centre operates between 7:00am - 10:00pm daily.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
  • Assisting with customer queries and complaints
  • Maintaining systems and running diagnostics via a web-based portal
  • Interacting with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites
  • Analysing anomalies and taking corrective actions
  • Performing configurations and changes to machines remotely online
  • Coordinating onsite maintenance and repairs
