We have a large, modern and custom designed facility that is located in the heart of Balwyn, surrounded by trees, cafes, plenty of car parking and sporting clubs - we are spoilt by our location.

The clinic is located over two levels with a boutique, light filled Pilates studio and rehab gym downstairs.

**The Role....**

We are seeking a passionate and professional 2IC/Senior Receptionist to support the Practice Manager in the daily administrative functions of the business.

These roles are responsible for reception management, systemisation of procedures and policies and day-to-day business communications. Other key duties include:

- Diary and appointment management
- Taking payments
- Accounts, receipting and banking
- Opening and closing the practice and ad-hoc roles throughout the day consistent with administrative tasks.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Be able to identify areas that need process improvement and systemisation

Previousmedical or reception experience is essential. Formal qualifications in small business / practice management would be favourable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.99 per hour
