**About the Practice**

We are a busy Chiropractic clinic comprising of two Chiropractors and massage therapists. We have been established for over 20 years. We treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions across all age groups.

**The Role**

Looking for an experienced allied healthcare receptionist. We are offering a casual/part-time position with hours varying from Monday
- Saturday.

**Duties**

Responsibilities include a full range of front desk duties including:

- Answering calls, fielding enquires and appointment diary management
- Contacting and following up patient recalls
- Greeting patients
- Scanning, copying and filing
- Payments, receipting and account management
- Liaising with insurance companies
- General provision of practitioner support for daily operations

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience with Visitbase, other Patient management software and HICAPS preferred but not essential
- High level of productivity with the ability to multitask to ensure smooth running of the business
- Excellent communication skills, high level of telephone etiquette and face to face
- proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer utilisation
- High level of self awareness, fast learner, initiative, able to work autonomously and as part of a team with good attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
