**The Company**:
Our client is well-established within the property and infrastructure space with high visibility across several well-known brands.
**The Role**:
As a Property/Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the presentation, maintenance and compliance of all property and facilities management activities across the business.
**This role includes but is not limited to the following specific roles**:
**Property Management**:
- Ensure and maintain very high standard of the properties and assets presentation at all time
- Action, manage and investigate all corrective and prevention works to limit WH&S issues and minimise insurance claims
- Liaise with Projects Team and manage tenant fit out process
- Regular building inspections including visiting tenancies
- Manage day to day commercial and retail lease requirements for each tenant and make sure all lease obligations are met
- Ensure the Senior Property/Facilities Manager is kept informed on all relevant information regarding tenants and inspections
- Available at all times this includes after hours, to respond to Property/Facilities Management enquiries from tenant, contractors and colleagues
**Contract Management**:
- Thorough and comprehensive understanding on contract service agreements with contractors and manage them accordingly
- Collaborate and liaise with team members of the Property/Facilities management team to ensure best outcome is achieved through costing, service and performance
- Finance and Budgeting including but not limited to OPEX and CAPEX
- Safety and WH&S
- Issue and return keys
**Tenant Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with all tenants
- Ensure all tenant requests are followed through and actioned in a timely manner in line with the business ethos
- Help across the properties and assets when other managers are absent
**Skills and Experience**:
- Qualifications, experience, or skills in similar or relevant role
- Proven experience in the Property and or Facilities Management
- Both Internal and External Relationship Management
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Strong Software Skills (MS Office etc)
- Team Player
- As a part of this role, you will be required to pass a security clearance and pre-employment medical assessment._
