**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Simonds are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our Internal Sales Team based out of our Loganholme office. We have been overwhelmed with digital leads and phone enquiries and are therefore looking for a driven salesperson with a tenacious attitude and a high work ethic to capitalise on this unique and highly sort after opportunity.

As an Internal Sales Consultant, your primary focus is to respond to and manage incoming sales leads using HubSpot, and to sell new homes. This includes working with leads generated through all web channels and our busy 1300 phone enquiry, meeting clients at our central Loganholme office or one of our numerous display locations across Brisbane and surrounds and controlling your own diary/appointments.

Some key responsibilities of this role can therefore include:

- Facilitate the purchase of Simonds' homes from initial inquiry to files submission
- Support strategic marketing campaigns in line with business objectives whilst accurately recording lead details
- Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service
- Schedule and conduct client meetings at the Loganholme office and various display homes across Brisbane
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels
- Updating client information via our CRM platform HubSpot

**WHO YOU ARE**

We're looking for someone who has/is:

- Strong sales experience (preferably in new home sales but this is not mandatory)
- Experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
- Flexible, adaptable and self-motivated in your approach to work
- Able to build rapport and trust quickly and easily
- An understanding of what delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse customer group entails
- Solid ability using the Microsoft Office suite
- Fearless in your approach to proactively seeking out and generating new sales leads
- Available to work weekends and public holidays, as required
- Knowledge of HubSpot as well as access to a motor vehicle are also highly desirable
