**Select Inn West Ryde is looking for a Casual Hotel Receptionist**

Hours: Morning Shift 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM or Afternoon Shift 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Hours may vary depending on company requirements)

Possible Extra Hours in Housekeeping

Role & Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/check out guests in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations

Handle basic administrative duties and assist with hotel operations

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Flexibility to assist in housekeeping when required for extra hours (e.g., room cleaning and replenishing amenities)

Work independently, manage your time efficiently, and meet hotel standards

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality role is a plus, but not essential

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Reliable and punctual

Must be available to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Physically fit and able to assist in housekeeping tasks when required

A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
