**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Account Manager, the core responsibility of the Technical Facilities Manager is to deliver a service promise to our client that consistently exceeds expectations whilst ensuring the highest degree of compliance at all times.

**Security Clearance - Australian Citizen & Must be Fully Vaccinated.**

**Responsibilities**:

- In close consultation with the Account Manager, direct and manage the Facilities Management technical service components for the asset maintenance at the Site to ensure optimum FM services that deliver best value for money.
- Drive Corporate Innovations and timely implementation.
- Accountable for Project delivery across all sites
- Conduct Monthly Operational Site reviews with the client
- Manage the client's building's minimum regulatory compliance requirements for FM services, including identifying gaps in compliance.
- Deliver the asset maintenance management strategy for the FM services.

**Skills/Experience**
- Strong demonstrated experience in the management of large-scale maintenance activities.
- Extensive subcontractor procurement and management experience.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills.
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Trade (Mechanical/Electrical) and Post Trade (Engineering Certificate/ Associate Diploma).
- Qualified or experienced in Facilities Management.
