Your qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Health or Welfare (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences).
Certificate IV in AOD or completion of core competencies within 24 months of employment.
Competencies in dual diagnosis or willingness to complete within 24 months.
Experience in assessment and counselling, preferably with AOD or dual diagnosis clients and families.
Skilled in therapeutic approaches such as Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Coping Skills Training, Family Inclusive Practice, self-help groups, and Community Reinforcement Approaches.
