Reporting to the Business Analysis Practice Manager, this role sits within our CSS Squad, driving continuous improvement for our Claims Value Stream through system and business process enhancements.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of business analysis activities within the Claims Value Stream CSS Squad, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements definitionDefine business processes and requirements through Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance CriteriaCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Testers, and Business SMEs to deliver business outcomesEnsure all BA activities align with frameworks, governance, and best practice standardsBuild strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisationContribute to the growth of the BA Practice by mentoring junior analysts and sharing knowledgeAbout youExtensive Guidewire Claim Centre experience (must-have)Substantial experience delivering end-to-end business analysis within Agile delivery environmentsSenior Business Analyst experience on large enterprise programs, including technology transformation initiatives and regulatory / compliance projectsStrong process modelling, documentation, and requirements management skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholdersExperience in the insurance industry, ideally with general insurance and claims knowledgeFamiliarity with modern tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and VisioRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or business analysis certifications (IIBA, Agile Certifications)Working at HollardAt Hollard, you'll discover an environment where you can truly make an impact.
