Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Guidewire Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide to create innovative solutions for leading companies. Your expertise in Guidewire Out of the box core functionalities and features will enable you to provide better solutions that help businesses become more flexible and successful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality code as per requirements and engineering best practices, unit test, and provide ongoing support throughout testing phases.
  • Work with Guidewire's latest versions to compare and implement better solutions.
  • Lead a scrum team consisting of Guidewire development, Tester, and Business Analyst.
  • Regularly review Jira cards and track progress towards closure.
  • Support the Business Analyst and Tester during the elaboration phase and provide technical assistance.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and participate in customer discussions for technical requirements.
  • Provide technical support to multiple teams.
Mandatory Skills
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Core Java and REST API technologies.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Guidewire.
  • Good experience in P&C insurance.
Qualifications/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center, with a Guidewire professional certification.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims and financial modules.
