Public Health Nurse (PHN) - (Full-Time Contract: Oct 13, 2025 - Nov 2, 2026) - Geraldton

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is seeking a Public Health Nurse (PHN) for a full-time contract from October 13, 2025 to November 2, 2026 in our Geraldton Office.
Reporting to the Manager, Oral Health and District Offices, the Public Health Nurse is responsible for delivering public health programs and services focused on health protection, promotion, maintenance, disease and injury prevention, and community participation and development.
Public Health Nursing practice is based on the model of primary health prevention and is population-focused.
Occasional travel within the District is required.
