About the role

This full-time position oversees a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards and maximised returns.

You will play a key part in supporting growth and expansion in the commercial property sector. This role offers relocation allowance and supplied local housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial spaces
  • Oversee leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns
  • Liaise with clients, tenants and contractors for excellent service delivery
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting and key performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
  • Evaluate properties for compliance with legislation and regulations
  • Provide expert advice on all property-related matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior property management, ideally within the commercial sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop effective property strategies
  • Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using property management software and tools
  • Thorough understanding of relevant property legislation, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field
