Caring for You Nursing Agency is Australia's largest family-owned and operated Nursing Agency and is a leading service provider of Nursing personnel nationwide.

With over 8,000 Nurses and Carers, our members provide to the Aged Care Sector, Private and Public Hospitals, Home & Community Care Clients alike.

We are looking for a special someone who is truly passionate about providing that extra level of Customer Service to our Clients and Members. Working out of our brand-new office located in Robina, you could become a part of our specialised Allocations Team. Focusing on the growth of our Queensland business, while being supported by our Head Office Allocations Team (Carrum Downs, Victoria).

Due to increasing growth, we are seeking Full-Time / Part-Time employees to work shifts between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday*

Starting from $27.74 p/h including Super, with a fortnightly pay cycle.

**About the role**
- Liaise with various clients from the Health Care industry who require staff to fill staff vacancies
- Match our Nursing and Allied Health Members to suitable shift
- Resolve enquires from our Members and Clients in relation to the use of our specialist software
- Adapt to continuously changing workflow and appropriately prioritize Clients and Members needs

**Roster & Availability Expectations**
- At this stage we are seeking coverage from 7am - 7pm, however our operating hours are 5am - 11:30pm
- Shifts are a minimum of hours 4/6 hours
- 2 weeks paid training (9am - 5pm)

**About you?**

We are looking for a special Customer Service Consultant who truly loves working in a fast-paced environment. Your days will fly by as you juggle the needs of both our Clients and Members.

You will already know how important it is to have that 'smile' in your voice and that a 'can do' attitude instils confidence with both Clients and Members

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- A bright and friendly phone manner
- The ability to multitask and adapt to continuously changing workflow and priorities
- High attention to detail
- The ability to learn and use specialized software systems as well as basic knowledge using Microsoft Office programs.
- The ability to think laterally and to work well under pressure
