Our client is a global leader in the service industry, an Industry that has been growing rapidly as companies shift their focus on their own core business and outsource their supply chain management. As a result of this growth an opportunity has become available for a Quality Assurance Administrator.

**About the Role**

They are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their Transport team in Blacktown area. This is an estimated 2-3month temp assignment, with a strong potential to extend. You will be required to be flexible to work across shifts between 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday, with the main shift being 8am-4.30pm

Reporting to the QA Manager, you will be required to perform a variety of quality assurance checks to support the ongoing high quality service delivery of 3PL products. An understanding of freight forwarding, in particular, 3PL and complex supply chain environments will help to ensure your success in this role.

Your responsibilities will include however are not limited to:

- QA Support and managing clients and stakeholder
- Change requests, downloading temperature monitoring devices
- Reconfiguring temperature monitor devices
- Performing test challenges on vehicles - placement of devices within vehicles door testing
- Completing validation processes
- Record all results, compiling and generating reports
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity and accuracy
- Problems solving Quality related operations issues
- Provide a wide range of administrative support services to the team
- Ensure compliance with GMP and Organisational policies

**About you**
- Demonstrated Warehouse / Logistics Administration experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite including excel
- High attention to detail
- Great work ethic and team player mentality
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters between 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Drivers licence and own transport
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
