Accounts Receivable/Office Manager

We are looking for a Part-time (20 hours per week) Accounts Receivable officer to join our busy finance team.

**The Role**:
As Accounts Receivable Officer, your main duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Taking, receipting, and reconciling customer payments
- Follow-up and manage outstanding credit accounts
- Collecting and negotiating payments
- Processing credit card payments
- Issuing of monthly statements, reminder notice letters for credit accounts
- Generate end of month reports
- General ad-hoc office duties, including back up Accounts Payable duties if required

**Who we are looking for**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Experience in all Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel

You will receive a competitive salary based on experience and ability to do the job

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MARRICKVILLE, NSW 2204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (required)
