Permanent Accounts Receivable Officer role, supporting the wider AR team

Eligible for 'not for profit' salary packaging - up to $15,900 a year

Opportunity:
As our new Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer, you will support the Accounts Receivable team, in managing the end-to-end AR processes, and playing a key part in contributing towards continuous improvement initiatives across the AR team.

You will also:
- Ensure all Accounts Receivables are collected and processed in an accurate and timely manner in line with relevant policies.- Be responsible for reconciliation of customer accounts with regular and accurate reporting and customer resolution.- Ensure all customer records are continuously updated in the finance system.- Managing supplier relations for allocated suppliers, including new supplier setup, reconciliations and supplier queries.- Develop a super user expertise level in commercial accounting software specific to Accounts Receivable.

We need you to have to succeed:
- Demonstrated end-to-end accounts receivable experience, with high volume debtors' ledgers.- Proven experience with commercial accounting software.- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.We can offer you:
